Thursday - October 28:  Today dawned overcast and chilly with light sprinkles of rain.  The temp was about 45 degrees
and remained there all day.  The winds, while not as strong as the day before still packed some healthy gusts.
  The caravan left the hotel headquarters at 7am for the Ringneck Ranch, site of the 1st and 2nd series.
  The first series started promptly at 8am. There is only one scratch, dog number 23.  As the morning progressed,
the sprinkles would develope into showers.  We all finally accepted the fact that we needed to fully commit to full rain gear.
The 1st Series finished at about 3pm and we promptly began the 2nd.  The last dogs for the day were finished at 4:30pm.
We will continue with the 2nd Series tomorrow (Friday) morning with dogs 17 and 18 both new to the line.

Friday - October 29:  Just back from the field.  Today we had lots of sun and the temps reached 60.
We finished the 2nd series at about noon and made the drive to the new grounds for the 3rd series.
The 3rd kicked off at about 2pm and finished at about 4:45.  We got through the first 3 dogs in the Fourth Series.

Saturday the plans are to finish the Fourth, Fifth and head back to the Ringneck Ranch for Water.
Placements are anticipated to be done on site after the Water Series.   We will communicate callbacks/placements
as quickly as we can depending on the connection available.

Saturday - October 30:  Just a gorgeous day with sun and temps in the 60's.  We finished the Fourth Series
and after a short deliberation by the Judges, went right into the Fifth Series at the same location.
We finished the Fifth and then went back to the Ringneck Ranch for a late lunch and Water Series.
The Judges were left to deliberate.  Placements were announced at 6:42pm
